These terms govern your use of crowntailoring.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
crowntailoring.shop is operated by CROWN TAILORING LIMITED, company number 17256281, registered in England and Wales, registered office 303C Green Lanes, London, N13 4XS, England.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). CROWN TAILORING LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Cloth lots, colour and small variations
Wool is a natural fibre and takes dye lot by lot. Two ink-black jackets cut from rolls bought six months apart can read slightly differently in daylight, and lining shade, weave scale and nap direction may shift as well. We photograph garments under the same north window rather than under studio lights so the colour you see is close to the colour that arrives, but a small variation between separates is normal and is not treated as a fault. Where we can, we cut jacket, trouser and waistcoat from the same roll, so if you want a matched set, buy the pieces together in one order. Slubs, a faint weave irregularity or a visible fibre in wool-linen are characteristics of the cloth, not defects. Genuine faults – a dropped stitch, a broken zip, a mark – are covered: contact support@crowntailoring.shop within 14 days and we will repair, replace or refund. Dispatch takes 7-12 working days.
5. Availability and pricing errors
Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Your personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
